Refund/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at home-creek . We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy.

Return/Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it for an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for items that do not meet your expectations or if you simply do not like the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faulty Products:

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. We will exchange the product at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 327 2763431 with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If the item meets our return/exchange policy, we will send you the replacement item or process a refund if a replacement is not available.

Please note that the cost of shipping for the return/exchange is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
